The District encompasses 129.73 square miles and has a perimeter of 59.57 miles.
Boundaries are:
Northern Boundary – The Flagler County Line
Western Boundary -Florida East Cost Railway Line. *Exceptions: Within the City Limits of Bunnell: State Road 11 extends west to Old Haw Creek Road as well as Deen Road to Boundry Street.
Southern Boundary – US1
The District expanded boundaries in October 2023 with services to begin in 2024.
