The District encompasses 117 square miles and has a perimeter of 53.8 miles.
Boundaries are:
Northern Boundary – The Flagler County Line
Western Boundary – US1. Exceptions: Within the City Limits of Palm Coast, Hargrove Grade extends west of US1 to the Rail Road Tracks. Within the City Limits of Bunnell: State Road 11 extends west of US1 to Old Haw Creek Road as well as Deen Road to Boundry Street.
Southern Boundary – East of Interstate 95 the Southern Boundary is the County Line. West of 95 the Southern Boundary is the City Limits of Palm Coast and the North Side of Old Dixie Highway stopping at Plantation Bay Drive.
The District will expand boundaries in October 2023 with services to begin in 2024.
