How do mosquitoes survive winter?

Mosquito Sweaters!

Help the East Flagler Mosquito Control District design a mosquito sweater for the 25-26 school year. You could win a classroom party filled with fun, goodies… and of course, we will tell you how mosquitoes really survive winter. Plus, we will include something extra special for your teacher. This is open to all K-5th-grade students in Flagler County.

Make a sweater your own way! Build it, sew it, paint it! Let your imagination go crazy!

Submissions are due no later than January 16, 2026.

Tentative Party Date: March 12, 2026.
